q10 Derek Lee Chering is a son of Iris and Raymond Alexander Chering. He was born on 29^th. August 1962 (1962 quarter 3, Edmonton, folio 5e page 476). He was raised in Tottenham London, near to the Spurs football ground. At 7 years old he first met Susan and they grew up in the same street untill they were 14. (All very innocent he adds). Both families moved out of Devonshire Road. They next met when they were 17½ years old. Derek was training to be a chef and Susan was working at Thorn Electrics. He married q43 Susan on 27^th. June 1981 (1981 quarter 2, Haringey, folio 12 page 1540). Soon after they were burgled and so decided to get away from the city and went to Port Talbot. Derek says. "My good uncle David and aunt Heather were there for us, and I want history to show how much we appreciated their infuence at that time. God bless you two!!". A few years later they came back to London and now live in Edmonton. They have two sons, Chad Lee, and Michael and one daughter, Sarah.

q45 Sarah Jane Chering is daughter of Derek and Susan Chering. She was born on 24^th. March 1986 (1986 April, Enfield, folio 12 page 918 486). She was engaged to q67 Steven James West. They had one son q93 Jamie Graham. Unfortunately Steven was killed in a road accident.
