In 1851 she was living at 12 Russell Street. She was a house maid. Eliza died 1896 (1896 quarter 2, Romford, folio 4a page 195)? in Romford, at 74 years of age.

In the 1871 census, they were living at 8 Jacob Street, Bermondsey, but in the in the 1881 census, and in the 1891 census, they were living at 15 Jacob Street, Bermondsey. Susannah was born in 1831 in Shoreditch, Middlesex. He was a leather dresser.

In 1851 he was living at 12 Russell Street. He was a leather finisher. He married g016Emma Elizabeth Perrett[1,32R;1,4R;1,5R] in Bermondsey, 1853 (2nd. quarter folio 1d page 91). In the 1861 census, they were living at 3 Parker's Terrace, Bermondsey, 2 doors away from his brother Benjamin. James' occupation was a leather dresser.
Emma was born in Stratford, Essex in 1832. I think she died in St Saviour Southwark in 1899 (3rd. quarter folio 1b page 94) aged 68 years. (Although it could be in Staines, Middlsex in 1898 (1st. quarter folio 3a page 3) aged 66 years). They had 2 sons and 2 daughters.
In 1851 she was living at 21 Carter Street, Bromley, with her mother, Elizabeth Perrett, and her step family.
In the 1871 and 1881 censuses, they were living at 20 Bath Street, Southwark. They had 2 lodgers, g181Edward J Foreman[2,2R;2,3R;2,4R] born in Crayford, Kent in 1856 (1856 quarter 2, Dartford, folio 2a page 217), a courrier, and James Hudson born in 1855 in While?, Kent, a railway porter.
